Barack Obama’s advice to young British leaders:

“You should be predisposed to other people’s power – how can I make the people around me do great things?”   (April 2016).

This piece of advice from Barack Obama really stood out to me.  It’s all about seeing the potential in others and helping them to develop and flourish, beyond what they thought might be possible for themselves.  It’s generous-hearted and it conveys the true spirit of an enlightened leader of our time.
